This can be done by calling (800) 838-4760 or by email privacy@salescalls.com. This also applies for the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (the “VCDPA”). Furthermore, under the VCDPA, consumers have the right to delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer by SalesCalls. The VCDPA’s deletion right is therefore broader than that provided by the CCPA and CPRA, in that it applies to personal information that SalesCalls has collected from a consumer or that SalesCalls has collected about a consumer from another source.
